My Adopt/Character Sales Rules

These are my rules for those who ever buy any of my characters or adopts.
This way they are all in one place to keep track of.
They are pretty simple, if you have any questions, please note me and I will get back with you as soon as possible.
Please do not ask me to send you the transparent/png file of an adopt if it's in an adopt batch.
I do not offer this option anymore. You are welcome to create your own ref, which is recommended, or use the thumb or URL to link back to the adopt you've bought. You are also welcome to crop the image as long as you put the credits on the image somewhere where it is visible. Credit must be to me as the designer and whomever created the lines, which you can find in the adopt descriptions.
You may resell for more than what you paid as long as it's accompanied by additional artwork that has increased the original value
Be sure to always credit the original design creator whether it be me or another artist
I do not give refunds for any reason. If you bought a design, it is yours.
If the design is on my own personal/custom linearts(that were made for me), you must create your own official ref or you can link back to the design sale deviation
Minor changes are fine (such as accessories, wings, horns, etc.) but please do not ever drastically change the base coloring
If you buy a character that comes with any artwork;
- know that the artwork itself is not being sold, it is simply going with the character, which increases the characters value
- be sure that if you are wanting to use any of the artwork offsite, that you get permission from the artist FIRST
- credits of course, must always be visible and you may never claim any art that you did not make yourself
- contact the artist of the art if you have any questions about the art piece itself, the art is copyright to that artist so you must respect them and always ask before doing anything with the art
